Talitha Gems strives to provide quality customer service. If you find you do not want to keep the item you purchased, you may return your item for your money back, less shipping costs, within 14 days of the original shipping date. The item must be arrive at Talitha Gems undamaged and unaltered to receive a refund. Be sure to provided adequate protection in the package. The item must be shipped back with insurance and delivery confirmation. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns require a Return Authorization number. You will need to contact us first to obtain the RA number, and only then may you ship it to us. We will not accept any packages which do have a RA# clearly indicated on the outside of the parcel. There are no returns on custom orders.

All jewelry purchased from us is covered by warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (based upon our inspection) and expressly excludes coverage for general wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, nicks, or missing stones, water damage, fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product),lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft or modifications such as sizing, refinishing, gemstone/bead/clasp additions or subtractions, or earring post replacement. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

All weights, and sizes and other item specifications are approximate unless otherwise noted.

In case of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or exchange the item for a new one within 90 days of the purchase. 3rd party repair or any modification of the item voids the warranty.

We disclaim any liability for consequential damages for breach of written or implied warranty of the item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

If you feel your product has a manufacturer's defect, you will need to contact us first. We will give you a Return Authorization number, and only then may you ship it to us. We will not accept any packages which do have a RA# clearly indicated on the outside of the parcel. If defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. We will work diligently to ensure you get your jewelry back in a timely fashion.

Talitha Gems is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipment. We highly recommend that you insure your package.

After 90 days, we will repair or replace your item, including merchandise that has been accidentally broken, damaged or scratched, at cost plus labor. All shipping and handling costs in connection with repair service are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of replacement/repair of one of a kind pieces, the replacement item will be similar to, but not exactly like the original piece. The replacement piece will be equal to or greater in value than the original piece.
